Mid-day chia seed pudding pick me up
Ingredients:
-3tbs chia seeds
-1cup cashew milk
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Combine chia seeds and cashew milk and stir well. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
